My Trip to Chitrakala Parishad
Hi! Today I will be writing about my field trip to Chitrakala Parishad!
The day before the field trip, me and my friends had already decided what we will be bringing. I was incharge of sweets and litchi juice while the others brought doritos , puff corn, lays, marshmallows, oreos and fruity. My friends were awestruck when they saw a bag full of candies, chocolates, cake, muffins, cupcakes and juice!
When the bus started, me and my 6 friends started eating our snacks and playing truth or dare. Then we started singing songs and and shouting out the lyrics. However, some people in the bus did not like that and tried making us quiet. But, we did not stop and listen to them. I mean, I don't blame them if they thought we were creating a lot of noise.... I too agree that we were loud. We then started playing finish the lyrics and had many funny moments as some of us forgot the song they were actually about to sing! After that, we reached and then started our tour in the museum of arts.
The place was amazing and depicted art pieces dating back to the 17th century. The place was very cool and we got to see different art styles of different states and cities. My favorite section was the mysore arts. Each one was plated with gold and were very realistic! I loved how the artists had shown faces of kings and queen doing everyday work.
I would strongly recommend you to go there since it provides a lot of knowledge about our old traditions and culture.
