My Mom's Dosas

Oh!Hi.Well, today I am going to tell you about my mom's dosas.I have written a joke on it.

Hahahahahahaha!Wasn't that funny?I bet it was. Right from the time I remember, I have been eating my mom's cooked hot and yummy dosa's. As far as I remember, I have always relished and enjoyed hot dosa with butter, cheese, malai, ghee or paneer bhurji.I really want to♡♡ thank♡♡ my mom for making such good dosas for such a long time for me.I have called a lot of my friends to eat my mom's dosa's and they too liked it.Sometimes the dosa is not perfect and is disfigured.But Most of the time it is round and perfect, sometime crispy and crunchy also at times  soft.But it is always the yummiest dosa ever.You can feel it's warmness through your throat and its softness everywhere in the mouth.It's taste is the best part of eating a dosa.When it is crunchy, as you chew it you can feel it crackle and click all over your mouth.It's taste is a very different feeling that you can only get while eating a nice crispy and crunchy dosa.

   I have no idea how my mom makes the batter.Even the batter alone tastes and smells sooo good.The sound of the batter on the hot pan is so very satisfying that I can taste it then and there.The smell of it smells sooo good that I feel that I am actually eating it.When I see my mom's dosa. I feel so sootherned and heavenly.

Well, although I m repeating it again: my mom's dosas are the 👌👌best👌👌 for me because they are so soft, yummy, crispy and most of all they are made by my MOM!
